Instructional Design
With a passion for learner-centered experiences and a commitment to excellence, I’ve spent the past several years designing, developing, and refining online instruction that sparks engagement and achieves results. I’ve led the creation of more than 70 online courses—including a transformative 13-course series on Canvas—earning over 30,000 reviews and maintaining a consistent learner satisfaction rating of 4.5+ out of 5.
Collaboration is at the heart of my approach. I’ve partnered with leadership to craft and launch a robust, multi-stage course review workflow that guarantees quality, with 100% of reviewed courses scoring 5/5 on final rubrics. I lead mentoring and training initiatives to support colleague onboarding and continuous professional growth, and I co-host Promising Practices webinars and book studies that explore innovative, accessible instructional design.
Blending creativity with tech-savvy, I’ve trained in 2D animation and built workflows to seamlessly integrate animated elements into course content. I’ve also contributed to large-scale LMS migration strategies, ensuring efficient and learner-friendly transitions.

I studied instructional design at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where I learned alongside peers to help build courses such as ​​Service Dog Etiquette for Higher Education. This experience shaped me as a professional instructional designer with the skills to help your company develop the training assets you need.
At the University of Carolina, I completed a comprehensive online certificate course in technical writing, where I honed my ability to communicate complex information with clarity and precision. This skillset has proven invaluable in designing accessible and user-friendly learning materials across a variety of industries.

I also completed the Video Professionals course series at Stetson University, through Ed2Go, where I gained practical experience in visual storytelling, multimedia production, and editing techniques. These skills have enabled me to integrate engaging video content into instructional design projects, further enriching the learner experience.
